faulty air conditioning slow breakfast
The room's air conditioning malfunctioned causing some discomfort. I also found the breakfast service slow on one morning creating a delay in my schedule. The lack of available information regarding nearby parking options was a further inconvenience. I suggest the hotel improves its air conditioning maintenance and provides better parking guidance. More efficient breakfast service is also needed for busy mornings.

adequate stay
spacious room vanity basins malfunctioning air conditioning non-functional card
the executive room was quite spacious with chairs and a table. the bathroom included a huge walk-in shower and twin vanity basins (perfect for a romantic getaway!).
our key card stopped working after the first use, so we had to return to reception for new ones. the air conditioning also malfunctioned on the first night, though it was eventually fixed after a call to reception.

The provided tea and coffee selection was really good. Free bottled water was a nice touch. I found it very useful. I also found the provided toiletries to be first rate.
